I provide coaching services to senior management, executives and professionals. In my coaching I follow the systemic method and help my clients to find their own solutions through discovering their resources, strengths and new perspectives.
Client as the Leader
I deeply believe that good, successful coaching must encourage and enable the client to take responsibility for their problem and the necessary outcome. They need to discover and develop the solution that works best for themselves. With my coaching I try to assist in finding this solution and helping the client to navigate it.
Based on the systemic coaching methodology I guide the client through his 'problem system'. The approach is uncompromisingly solution-oriented. In my work with the coaching client I focus on finding a solution that the clients deems best for his given situation. He will learn how to develop new perspectives, finding the proper resources and trying new habits or approaches.
Mindful, appreciative, sustainable.
A key philosophy of my coaching approach is to act mindful with the client. This means that the client is appreciated in all his personality, attitude and outlook on life. I believe that people have unlimited resources within themselves and are the best guide in the end to discover their own goals, solutions and strategies. I provide the environment and tools to assist the client in unearthing these and then to develop actions that lead to sustainable success.
